Puppy Yoga at MARS

Stretch, breathe… and get covered in puppies.
Join Midwest Animal Rescue & Services for a beginner-friendly Puppy Yoga session at our Adoption Center. During class, puppies will roam freely, offering cuddles, curiosity, and plenty of joyful interruptions. This relaxed, welcoming class is open to all experience levels.
Whether you're new to yoga or just here for the puppies, you’ll leave smiling.
Every ticket helps support rescue pets by providing medical care, safe housing, and second chances.

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Shoes must be removed before entering the puppy room.

Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARS) will be attending the Twin Cities Home Expo April 24–26, 2026 at the Minneapolis Convention Center with an informational table.
The Twin Cities Home Expo features hundreds of exhibitors focused on home improvement, remodeling, and design. Visitors are encouraged to stop by the MARS table to learn more about our work, community impact, and opportunities to support pets and people through local rescue efforts.
