Puppy Yoga at MARS Start your weekend with a dose of pure joy.

Join us for Puppy Yoga at MARS — a fun, beginner-friendly class where you’ll stretch, smile, and relax alongside adorable rescue puppies.

Whether you’re an experienced yogi or trying it for the first time, this class is about connection, laughter, and community. Best of all, your participation supports Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARS) in our mission to give every pet their Road Home.

The puppies featured in our photos will be slightly older (and even more playful) by the time of class.

All ages are welcome, but minors must attend with an adult.

If you’re unable to attend, you can still support the animals by making a donation or sharing this event with friends.

MARS is partnering with Subaru at the 2026 Twin Cities Auto Show. We will be on-site throughout the week with adoptable puppies and dogs at the Subaru Loves Pets booth. Join us to meet adoptable pets, learn about our mission, and connect with our team.
