UPDATE:

Interviewer: How does it feel to be join MARS in their mission 
to find needing dogs a forever home?

Star: I couldn’t tell you how happy I was to hear I was heading
North and getting out of the kennel I was in.  The people in 
Joplin where very nice and friendly, but here I have a Yard to 
play in.

Interviewer: Tell us more about your journey and foster 
situation?

Star: Well I was put in this vehicle for the long journey and we 
just went.  We stopped often for exercise and also to meet 
new people and be put in other vehicles.   When I got to 
MARS they made sure I was healthy and took my picture, 
I didn’t want to stay still but I did.  Then it was off to the 
Foster Home.  To my surprise there are 3 other dogs there, 
boy do we have fun, and these things they call cats.  I have to 
admit I want to also play with the cats, but I am told not to.

Interviewer: What is you typical day like?

Star:  We get up early and go out to go potty, play out in the 
yard, as long as we are not too loud, for I think an hour, eat 
breakfast, go back out for one more potty break and then the 
humans have to go to work.   We sleep till noon in our crates 
and get to go out again for a while at noon, back into crates 
for what seems like forever, and then the humans return and 
we are free to play inside or out till dark, oh yeah we get dinner 
also.

Interviewer:  What are you looking for in a Human companion?

Star:  to be honest, someone that wants to play a lot, teach 
me to walk better on a leash, play fetch.   I guess I am supposed 
to give it back, and I am working on that.

Interviewer:  So where do you go after this?

Star:  There is only one way for me to go, into a great loving 
home.  I have so much love and want so much to share it with 
someone and of course their furr friends!
