This is Braden!

A little about me......
Hi there!! I'm Braden and I'm about 1 yrs old. I have a beautiful brindle color, floppy ears, and a curly tail-- quite a combination (check out my cute pics below)!! I'm super friendly and LOVE to play!

Hobbies--
My favorite things include long walks, the dog park, chew toys, raw hides, snuggles, and kids. I also like to go jogging a couple times a week just to keep my foster mom company. I'm really mellow in the house and sometimes can be a little shy. BUT I love it when people give me attention-back rubs, tummy rubs, you name it, I ADORE it! I'm really just a 50 pound lap dog, even though my foster parents try to tell me different. I don't live with cats so I'm not sure what I would be like around them but I think I could work something out with them once I got all my curiosities out. So if you are interested in an all around easy going dog, I'm it. If you have other dogs- perfect! Or kids- great! I just want to be one of the family.

Why I'm super smart--
Currently I'm on a pretty sound schedule so I'm all potty trained and I know how to sit and lay down. I don't jump up on people so that's not really a problem.... also I'm not big into barking. Every day I spend some time in my crate while my foster parents are at work. I don't mind going in there if I get to have my toys with me. I'm working on come and stay but I'm still a young guy so I have lots of potential and would love someone to work with me because I want to show you how smart I am.

I may look like I have longer hair but my foster mom says she loves it that I don't shed too much-whatever that means! However, I do love it when someone brushes me, ahhhhh just like a back rub!

So stop on by and check me out! I'm the greatest little guy there is, at least that's what my foster mom says!

When you adopt a pet from Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, your adoption fee covers: Microchip and registration, Core Vaccines including Rabies, Distemper and bordetella, age appropriate heartworm testing or FeLV-FIV testing, sterilization, heartworm/flea-tick prevention and deworming while in foster care.

Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS. We do not transport to potential adopters.

Adoption fees are non-negotiable and can be paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.

Post Adoption: Any issues that arise after adoption are the full responsibility of the adopter after the finalization of adoption. We highly recommend Pet Insurance. Adoption fees are only part of the expense of owning a pet, so we ask you to consider the costs for the life of the pet before adoption. We recommend pet insurance.
