This pup is a gentleman and a scholar! As a graduate from Missouri's Puppies for Parole program, Gunther has an excellent foundation for training, and it shows: he patiently waits to be served dinner, sits quietly while his humans eat their own food, and is an all-around fantastically behaved dog. He is completely potty trained without any accidents and is crate trained. He sleeps all through the night in his kennel without making a peep!

Gunther is a sweet, sweet boy (emphasis on the sweet) who enjoys napping alongside you on the couch and inquisitively following you around while you do your chores. He is timid when it comes to being outside, but is learning that walks and dog parks can be fun places to come out of his shell. He gets along well with every dog that he’s met and is a very friendly fellow. He has not had the opportunity to interact with kids, but we don't see any reason that he would have problems with children of any age. His foster has tested putting her hands in his food bowl while eating, getting in his face, making sudden loud noises, etc and he has done great with all of them.

Gunther is as perfect a pup as you can find, and we are sure you will fall in love with his wonderful personality just as quickly as everyone else who has met him!

Our Adoption fees for all animals cover required vetting: which includes, Rabies, Distemper Vaccine Series, Bordetella, Deworming, Heartworm Test as age appropriate, Spay or Neuter and Microchip and registration.
